Baby Emmett Makes Four
I had the pleasure of capturing an in home newborn session for a sweet family. This was the second time I was able to work with them, and they have some of the cutest and sweetest kiddos. I am well versed in young children getting bored easily and not wanting to participate, but these littles did an amazing job! We had a blast discussing all the kid things (boogers, toots, farts, etc) and letting them jump on the bed which helped us get some really sweet candids. They loved holding their baby brother who was a champ and slept through the whole thing!
I will say it is hard to decide which is more difficult, your first baby or going from 1 to 2 (or going from 1 to 3 in my case lol), or going from 2 to 3 etc. There are so many challenges in each scenario! Thankfully, baby Emmett has a pretty cool big brother and sister to love on him. He is one lucky little dude!

I love love love newborn photography because it is such a special and short lived time for each family. Everyone adjusts differently to this stage of life, and everyone’s story is unique. It’s safe to say, this fam is adorable and we all had a blast. I am so grateful for the opportunity to capture some pretty sweet families, and this one tops the charts!
